New photos emerged today from the indy film Jack and Diane which see Riley Keough as tough lesbian Jack in a story of two teenage girls who meet in New York city - and spend the night kissing ferociously.

Model turned actress Riley is the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and eldest grandchild of Elvis Presley.
In screen stills from the movie, the normally glamorous actress wears her dark hair chopped short and appears to be make-up free, save the grazes on her face as part of the horror-infused script.
Looking much younger that her 23 years, Riley's butch Jack plays girlfriend to Diane in the movie, played by blonde British actress Juno Temple, 22.

The script originally had Juno's Ellen page attached as Diane, and Olivia Thirlby attached as Jack.
But financing was took years due to the difficult subject matter and the actresses both dropped out.

And they also happen to be werewolves.

Riley, whose dark hair and blue eyes are true to her famous grandfather's features, started modelling at the age of 14.
In August the same year she appeared on the cover of Vogue alongside her mother, Lisa Marie, and grandmother, Priscilla.
In 2010, Riley made her film debut in The Runaways, starring alongside Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, as Marie Currie, the sister of Cherie Currie.
She also completed production on the movie The Good Doctor with Orlando Bloom.

Filming in Africa: Riley is on set for the next installment of the Mad Max movie. She tweeted this photo of herself a few days ago

She can be seen in this month's hit movie Magic Mike, playing bad girl Nora, who is romantically linked to Alex Pettyfer's male stripper in the film.
In real life, Riley and Alex started dating after meeting on the set of the movie, and are now engaged.
Riley's upcoming film projects include Mad Max: Fury Road, where she will star opposite Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy.
The young actress flew to Africa to start filming on the project in early June, and this week tweeted a photo of herself with the words: 'good morning from africa'
