She can even double dutch! Michelle Obama shows off impressive skip rope skills - and STILL manages to look glamorous

Her husband is the President but Michelle Obama is no doubt a mover and shaker in her own right.
The First Lady showed off her impressive double dutch jump rope skills on ABC's Live! With Kelly on Monday morning.
During a skipping performance by the Cary Family YMCA SuperSkippers, a competitive group of teenage jump ropers, Mrs Obama surprised the team by coming out on stage as an anonymous 'expert double dutcher'.

Host Kelly Ripa had originally asked the team to teach her how to double dutch, which involves two long jump ropes being turned simultaneously as one or more players skip over them.
She told the team, who are able to perform handstands and flips as they double dutch, that there was also an expert 'in the building... let's bring her out now'.
