Glowing and growing! Busy Philipps showcases her baby bump in a bright striped maxi dress on a stroll with her husband

Anyone in Los Angeles can tell you the sun is always shining bright.
And when Busy Philipps decided to take a stroll through her eclectic neighbourhood of West Hollywood with her husband on Friday, she decided to turn the colours up another notch.

Painting the town: The expectant mum was out and about with her husband enjoying the sunshine and bringing her own bit of colour to the town of West Hollywood on Friday

The 33-year-old blonde, who married screenwriter Marc Silverstein in 2007, lit up the town in a vibrant striped maxi dress that brings to mind her famously wild character Laurie Keller on the comedy series Cougar Town.
Her growing bump glowed in the full length dress which was emphasized even further as she wrapped her waist in a cut-out leather belt.
She paired the psychedelic print with a pair of simple strappy neon sandals and a beaming blue shoulder bag.

This is Busy's second child with her husband Marc.
She gave birth to Birdie Leigh Silverstein, on August 13, 2008 and on December 10, 2012, she announced via Twitter that she is pregnant with her second child, showing a picture of her positive pregnancy test.
Busy is also godmother to Matilda Rose, Michelle William's seven-year-old daughter with late actor Heath Ledger.

Earlier this year she admitted to Conan O'Brien that she taxed the wardrobe department on her hit show Cougar Town after discovering she was pregnant with her second child.
Busy revealed that she ballooned during filming of the current season of the show, which has just moved from ABC to cable channel TBS.
'They grew three times as big,' she told the flame-haired presenter.

The bubbly blonde also opened up on Good Morning America about embracing her growing curves -- especially when it comes to being a good role model to her four-year-old daughter Birdie.
'I think it's so hard as a woman to give yourself a break,' Busy said on the show back in January.
'It's great to be healthy but you have to set a good example for your kids and know that it's not about a number on a scale but how you feel.'
